This cabin teetering on the edge of a cliff, inspired the member of a team who had decided to realign responsibilities.

We are anxious to make this change, forge ahead and put the change behind us.  What this image evokes for me is that this is a major shift, we need to take it one step at a time.  Rushing the process will cause the shack to fall off the cliff.  Satisfaction with a slower shift will ensure a strong foundation and sustainability.  We don't want to fall off the cliff!
