I spent a week in Tucson recently with the JICT Images team....As we traversed the territory of a marketing plan, sales strategies, roles, etc., we encountered some challenging times. Images offered a dive into the “heart of the matter”. Each person chose an image that allowed her to speak from the heart and open territory for conversation in a challenging area. That led to a heartfelt exchange that helped us address conflict in a respectful and honoring way. The image of the “stuck car” offered me an opportunity to share that I saw a problem … together we named and discussed the issues AND created a solution. We all left that conversation feeling positive and with solid actions to move us forward.
